Grades 5-8
Mrs. Bilbo teaches grades 5-8 and also serves as Head Teacher at Murphy Adventist Christian School. This is a dynamic and progressive classroom with academic activities focused on an excellent education that enables them to be successful in high school. It also focuses on growing students for an eternity with Christ, and preparing them to be mature and responsible citizens in our community.
Robotics Competition
Students in grades 5-8 participated in the "Smart Move" ARL Competition at SAU in Collegedale, TN. Their robot won "Second Place in Robotic Design" and the research team won "First Place in Research Presentation."
Eighth Grade Class Trip
Scot Brunner and Brittany Goolsby traveled to Savannah, GA for their eighth grade trip. Chaperoned by Joan Bilbo, Lori Patterson, and Juanita Phillips the students visited two Hall of Fames in Macon, GA, then Jekyll Island and the city of Savannah.
